TO STAGE OR NOT TO STAGE?
It may seem counterintuitive, why spend money on a place if you're moving out? Staging has been deemed essential by today’s real estate agents, with a proven ability to increase market value and sell properties fast. Realtor.com recently stated, “On average, a staged home sells 88% faster (and for 20% more) than a non-staged one.”

HOW DOES STAGING WORK?
The goal of home staging is to present your home in the best light possible. This means accentuating the positive by making rooms feel spacious and bright. Our team of professional home stagers evoke emotion and create WOW factors to showcase upgrades, special spaces and features. We visually tell an aspirational lifestyle story, so that buyers can see themselves living in the space.

THE PROCESS

We recommend having an initial consultation to gain a clear perspective of your desired project. We will visit your space, get to know you, determine your style, and visually document the space which usually takes 1-2 hours.

A staging expert will then begin the staging process which usually takes around 1-2 days. Our vacant property staging packages are offered on a 4 week term (30 days), unless otherwise negotiated at the beginning of the contract.

 

STAGING PACKAGES

THE CURATED

Our most loved package. A collage of carefully curated textures, colors, and lots of decor and furnishings to really give that WOW effect.

This package includes furnishings for the living room, dining room, master bedroom, one additional space, and kitchen decor, plus an array of layered textures, art and decor.

The Curated package starts at $2,100 for a 60 day contract. Option to renew is available at a discounted rate.

THE LUXE

Luxurious velvet, handsome leathers, and layers of color and texture make The Luxe our most exclusive package. You want to make a higher-end home not only look, but feel like a million bucks.

This package includes furnishings for the living room, dining room, master bedroom, one additional space, and kitchen decor, plus an array of elegant art and decor.

The Luxe package starts at $2,600 for a 60 day contract.

THE EXPRESS

A budget friendly option that includes all the essential furnishings and decor for a classic and effective look which will captivate buyers.

This package includes furnishings for the living room, dining room, master bedroom and a small space (minimal furnishings), plus a minimal selection of decor.

The Express package starts at $1,500 for a 60 day contract. Option to renew is available at a discounted rate.

OCCUPIED SPACES

We will start by working with your existing furniture and accessories. If additional furniture, art and decor are needed, we can provide them for rent at an additional cost. The staging process usually take around 1-3 days to complete.

This service includes: neutralizing to create flow and balance, re-arrangement of furniture and accessories, art, light, and de-cluttering.

Packing of unused personal items and/or providing moving supplies can be provided at an additional cost.

CONSULTATION PACKAGES

Home Staging Consultations are a great option for DIYers, and act as a blueprint for the homeowner to prepare their home for sale on their own. Consultations include recommendations for the interior and exterior of the home and typically take 1-4 hours to complete based upon the square footage of the property.

VERBAL CONSULTATION

This Walk and Talk service starts at the curb to identify enhancements to capture buyers’ attention. Together, we will walk the home, room by room and discuss what is needed to prepare your home for a successful sale. We will provide sound advice on how to stage the home in a way that will appeal to potential buyers and photograph beautifully. Consultations generally take about 1-3 hours depending on the square footage of the property.

The fee is $250 which will include:

Review of your goals and expectations, Curb appeal assessment and action plan, Room by room analysis with space enhancement plan (what to remove, move, or add). This typically includes an assessment of furnishings, accessories, focal points and visual balance, lighting, flow, clutter and overall impressions and critique, and color recommendations, where needed.

*If you do decide to use SABi iNTERIORS to execute the design plan, we will credit you the charged verbal consultation fee to be applied towards your project.*

 

WRITTEN CONSULTATION

This service provides an in-person home visit, limited on the spot feedback and within four days, we will email you the detailed written report which will include our recommendations.

The fee is $350 which will include a written report of the following:

Curb appeal assessment and action plan, home improvement suggestions, decluttering recommendations, furnishing recommendations, light fixture suggestions, paint and color recommendations

We can provide a visual moodboard, clickable shopping list and renderings of the proposed plan for an additional cost which will be determined based upon square footage.
